My passion for light

  • Portrait photography, for me, is about more than capturing a face. It’s about capturing a person.

I love that brief moment when someone forgets about the camera and something genuine appears—a glance, a smile, a hint of vulnerability or confidence. Light, expression and timing come together for just a fraction of a second, creating an image that can reveal more than words ever could.

Faces change, moments pass, but a good portrait preserves something of who we were.

That’s why I photograph people: not simply to show how they looked, but to remember how they felt.
